Trustees of Trust Funds Meeting Minutes
Meeting date: August 7, 2014 @ 9:00 a.m.
Attendees: Ken Paulsen, Vicki Norris, Aaron Patt and Brenda Wesoly
Aaron gave an overview of the responsibilities of the Trustee of Trusts. He was able to advise the differences Greenfield has versus other Towns and suggestions for further review of Greenfield policy. Which is in the works.
Brenda has accepted an opportunity to be an alternate Trustee of Trusts and will be appointed by the Selectmen August 20th and will be sworn in after that date.

Meeting was adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
Next meeting to be advised, hopeful for mid to end of September to include the Selectmen.
Subsequent to the meeting (in an attempt to continue to learn process) the Greenfield Office Manager advised the funds for capital expenditures are provided to Trustee of Trusts at the end of the year via a check for the Trustees to deposit in the respective accounts at the bank.
